| RETURNS We will accept returns of Just Monica Collection Bags and Accessories that are not personalized within 21 days of being received. They must reach us before the end of that 21 days or be post marked before that 21 days. All personalized bags and accessories cannot be returned unless there is a fault in the product. For faulty personalized bags and accessories, we will accept returns and refund the cost of purchase, including shipping. For any other reason, we will refund the cost of purchase only, not including shipping. We will forward a refund once the items have been received and returned in condition they left in.
